All affiliate content must comply with these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibitions on health claims, dosing information, and representations of human or animal use.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements. Affiliate links and promotions must not imply that products are intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or any purpose other than laboratory research.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BC Peptides from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your affiliate activities, including any content, advertising, or representations you make.

16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
